Browsing

The site is pre-generated static HTML. We do not run advertising trackers and do not sell visitor data. Standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) are kept for security and capacity purposes.

Purchases

Payment is processed by Stripe; WhoOwnsCare never sees or stores your card number. For each order we keep the records needed to deliver the product and to answer any later dispute: your email, the name you provide, the product, price and version purchased, the Stripe transaction identifier, the Terms and Refund Policy versions you accepted and when, delivery and download timestamps, and the cryptographic hash of the exact file delivered. Download requests are logged with IP address and user agent.

The data in our products

Our reports describe organisations and facilities from public CMS filings. Individual people are excluded from public pages and commercial products under our privacy and suppression framework. If you believe information about you appears in error, email corrections@whoownscare.com.

Retention and requests

Order and delivery records are retained for as long as needed for tax, dispute-resolution and legal purposes. To ask what we hold about you or to request deletion of what we are not required to keep, email support@whoownscare.com.
